Pre-license Course Structure: The Pre-License course for New Hampshire & Vermont consists of  7 evening classes (6-9:30 PM) meeting  per schedule below  plus an intensive Weekend Session* (8:30 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday & Sunday). Both evening classes & weekend session are required to complete the 40 hour NH & VT requirements.   All classes subject to minimum enrollment.

Pre-license Course Tuition $325: includes text  "Modern Real Estate Practice"  retail value over $50 & supplementary materials-DOES NOT include the state testing fees.  

State Testing Fees:  New Hampshire Testing Fee- $100  & Vermont Testing Fee- $55.00

Next Weekend Session- Saturday & Sunday August 15 &16 (8:30-6:00) held at The Masiello Group, 69 Island St., Keene, NH Location

New Hampshire & Vermont  Law Review (4 hour Session)  Fee $100.00 (no fee if attending  the Pre-license Course) Saturday morning (8:30-12:30)  on August 15, 2009  VT  Law Session as well as The NH Law Session to be held in Keene, NH  at The Masiello Group Location.  This class offering applies to  (1) VT & MA licensees and  (2)  those students enrolled in the WMRE  pre-license class (required attendence).

DIRECTOR/INSTRUCTOR BILL ARNOTT  has a background in education, management, sales and involvement in the community that has prepared him well for directing Workshops for Modern Real Estate in  providing current, quality, and pertinent education.  Bill’s experience includes: past President of 2 Major Franchise Real Estate Offices, Public School Educator– 15 yrs.,  College Instructor, Monadnock Region Board of REALTORS 1999 REALTOR® of The Year, elected to  2 Terms in NH Legislature,  elected to 15 Years on Keene Board of Education, Treasurer of Northern New England Real Estate Network-2003 & 2004, current member of the State MLS Board of Directors and a member of NH Association of REALTORS’ Public Policy Committee.  Bill completed 4 successful years as a manager of  a branch office Better Homes & Garden  The Masiello Group to return to sales with Better Homes & Garden The Masiello Group and teaching.

INSTRUCTOR RANDY MAYHEW  is well known for excellence in real estate education. Over a span of 32 years, Mr. Mayhew has instructed thousands of real estate brokers and salesperson mostly in Vermont and New Hampshire. For more than a decade, Mr. Mayhew has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Vermont Law School assigned to instruct courses in real state transactions and commercial law. To compliment his teaching experience, since 1979, Mr. Mayhew has carried on an active practice of law in his hometown of Woodstock, Vermont, concentrating in real estate transactions and probate matters. Currently Mr. Mayhew is carrying on practicing law in Woodstock, Vermont.
