Pre-license Course Structure: The Pre-License course for New Hampshire & Vermont consists of 7 evening classes (6-9:30 PM) meeting per schedule below plus an intensive Weekend Session* (8:30 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday & Sunday). Both evening classes & weekend session are required to complete the 40 hour NH & VT requirements. All classes subject to minimum enrollment. Pre-license Course Tuition $325: includes text "Modern Real Estate Practice" retail value over $50 & supplementary materials-DOES NOT include the state testing fees. State Testing Fees: New Hampshire Testing Fee- Salesperson $115, Broker $130 & Vermont Testing Fee- $55.00 Next Weekend Session- Saturday & Sunday March 20, 2010 & March 21, 2010 (8:30-6:00) to be held in Keene, NH at a location to be disclosed. New Hampshire & Vermont Law Review (4 hour Session) Fee $100.00 (no fee if attending the Pre-license Course) Saturday morning (8:30-12:30) on March 20, 2010 VT Law Session as well as The NH Law Session to be held in Keene, NH at The Masiello Group Location. For more than a decade, Mr. Mayhew has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Vermont Law School assigned to instruct courses in real state transactions and commercial law. To compliment his teaching experience, since 1979, Mr. Mayhew has carried on an active practice of law in his hometown of Woodstock, Vermont, concentrating in real estate transactions and probate matters.
